The Shared Services Board is a joint Committee with Redditch Borough Council. The Board considers matters of relevance to shared services between the two Councils.
Two Members, the Leader and Deputy Leader, are appointed to the Panel by Cabinet. Two further Members are appointed to serve on the Board by full Council.
