- Councillor G. N. Denaro - Pecuniary interest - Prior to the start of this item Councillor G. N. Denaro declared a pecuniary interest in the subject in his capacity as a trustee of the Wythall Association which had applied for a New Homes Bonus grant. Consequently he left the room during consideration of the item and he took no part in the discussions or voting thereon.
