Constitution Review - Recommendations The Constitution Review Working Group agreed recommendations at a meeting held on Friday 4th July 2025. As the meeting was held only one clear working day before the agenda for this Council meeting was due to be published, a report detailing the group’s proposals will be published in a supplementary pack for the meeting.

Questions on Notice To deal with any questions on notice from Members of the Council, in the order in which they have been received. Each Councillor due to ask a Question on Notice may ask up to one supplementary question, which must be based on the original question or the answer provided to that question.
A period of up to 15 minutes is allocated for the asking and answering of questions. This may be extended at the discretion of the Chairman with the agreement of the majority of those present.
