To invite Councillors to declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or Other Disclosable Interests they may have in items on the agenda, and to confirm the nature of those interests.

"RESOLVED: that under Section 100 I of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, the public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following item(s) of business on the grounds that it/they involve(s) the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part I of Schedule 12A to the Act, as amended, the relevant paragraph of that part, in each case, being as set out below, and that it is in the public interest to do so:-

To receive and note the minutes from the Overview and Scrutiny Board meetings held on 11^th July and 23^rd July 2024. Please note there are no outstanding recommendations from these meetings to be considered by Cabinet.

The Overview and Scrutiny Board are due to pre-scrutinise the Levelling Up Report – Approval of a Contractor (Item 12) at its meeting on 10^th September 2024. If there are any recommendations made by the Board at this meeting they will be published in a Supplementary Papers pack to this agenda and tabled at the meeting.
