In accordance with Procedure Rule 18.3 a recorded vote was taken in respect of the accuracy of the minutes of the Council meeting held on 16th July 2025.

In accordance with Procedure Rule 18.3 a recorded vote was taken on a proposed amendment to a Motion on Notice that had been submitted in respect of the West Mercia Police and Crime Panel. This amendment proposed to add the following words to the end of this Motion: “Therefore, this Council calls on the Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Board to invite the Police and Crime Commissioner to one of their panels.”
At the request of Councillor K. Taylor, Members made a formal recorded vote in respect of the resolutions that had been proposed for the Bromsgrove District Local Plan Draft Development Strategy Consultation 2025 report.
In accordance with the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, the vote on the Medium Term Financial Plan 2025/26 to 2027/28 report was taken through holding a formal recorded vote.
In accordance with the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 the Council took a formal recorded vote in respect of the Council Resolutions 2025/26.
