Councillor E. M. S. Gray - Pecuniary interest - Councillor E. Gray declared a pecuniary interest in relation to Minute Item No. 17/24 – Cost of Living Proposal Update - due to her appointment to the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) as an outside body on behalf of the Council. She left the meeting prior to consideration of this item and therefore took no part in the debate nor did she observe the vote thereon.

Councillor E. M. S. Gray - Pecuniary interest - Councillors E. M. S. Gray and S. A. Webb declared pecuniery interests in respect of the recommendations that had been proposed at the Cabinet meeting held on 24th July 2024 in respect of the Cost of Living. This declaration was made due to the proposed funding for the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) Bromsgrove and Redditch, to which they had both been appointed as trustees. They left the room prior to consideration of this item at Council and were not present for the debate nor the vote thereon.

Councillor E. M. S. Gray - Other disclosable - Councillors R. A. Bailes, E. M. S. Gray, B. Kumar, and S. R. Peters declared an other registerable interest in respect of Minute Item No. 52/24 concerning the first Motion on Notice for consideration at the meeting in that they were in receipt of the State Pension and therefore had previously received or were now eligible for the Winter Fuel Payment. They all left the room during consideration of this Motion and took no part in the debate nor vote thereon.
