- Councillor D. J. Nicholl - Information - With reference to the Question relating to biodiversity, Councillor Nicholl is a member of Worcestershire Wildlife Trust.

13. To consider the recommendations from the Cabinet meeting held on 24th July 2024
- Councillor E. M. S. Gray - Pecuniary interest - Councillors E. M. S. Gray and S. A. Webb declared pecuniery interests in respect of the recommendations that had been proposed at the Cabinet meeting held on 24th July 2024 in respect of the Cost of Living. This declaration was made due to the proposed funding for the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) Bromsgrove and Redditch, to which they had both been appointed as trustees. They left the room prior to consideration of this item at Council and were not present for the debate nor the vote thereon.
- Councillor S. A. Webb - Pecuniary interest - Councillors E. M. S. Gray and S. A. Webb declared pecuniery interests in respect of the recommendations that had been proposed at the Cabinet meeting held on 24th July 2024 in respect of the Cost of Living. This declaration was made due to the proposed funding for the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) Bromsgrove and Redditch, to which they had both been appointed as trustees. 7. Constitution Review Working Group - Recommendations
- Councillor S. Ammar - Pecuniary interest - Councillor S. Ammar declared a pecuniary interest in respect of recommendations from the Constitution Review Working Group concerning the allowance paid to the Chairman of the Council.
