- Councillor C. A. Hotham - Pecuniary interest - Councillor C. Hotham declared a pecuniary interest in respect of Minute Item No. 76/25 concerning the second Motion on Notice for consideration at the meeting in respect of Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) in that he was the owner of an HMO. Councillor Hotham left the room for consideration of this item and took no part in the debate nor the vote thereon.
