1.	To receive apologies for absence
2.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee.
3.	Approval of Minutes To agree the process for approving the minutes of this meeting. It is suggested that draft minutes are circulated to the Committee to indicate approval.
4.	To consider any other business, details of which have been notified to the Head of Legal, Equalities and Democratic Services prior to the commencement of the meeting and which the Chairman, by reason of special circumstances, considers to be of so urgent a nature that it cannot wait until the next meeting
5.	Exclusion of the Public and Press View the background to item 5. RESOLVED: that under Section 100 I of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, the public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part I, 2, 4 and 5 of Schedule 12A to the Act, as amended, and that it is in the public interest to do so.
6.	Findings of Investigation To consider a report from the Monitoring Officer about a recent Investigation (report circulated separately to Members of the Committee).
