Consideration of the suspension or revocation of a Personal Licence Minutes: Following on from the Sub-Committee Hearing held on 13th July 2022, Sub-Committee Members further considered the suspension or revocation of a Personal Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The licence had been subject to a Hearing in light of information received by Worcestershire Regulatory Services.
The Technical Officer, Worcestershire Regulatory Services presented his report and provided Members with an update.
The Sub-Committee were informed that the licence holder had been unable to attend the Hearing due to circumstances out of his control; and had asked the Technical Officer to inform Members that he was happy for the Hearing to continue in his absence.
The Sub-Committee agreed and following consideration of the update provided by the Technical Officer; and agreed that no further action was to be taken.
RESOLVED that no further action was be taken.
