1.	Election of Chairman 2024/25 Following election, the Chairman will make a Declaration of Acceptance of Office. Members are asked to note that in line with paragraph 2.2(b) of the Council’s Procedure Rules, the Councillor elected to this position, where possible, should not be a member of a political group represented in Cabinet.
2.	Election of Vice-Chairman 2024/25 Following election, the Vice - Chairman will make a Declaration of Acceptance of Office.

5.	Declarations of Interest To invite Councillors to declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or Other Disclosable Interests they may have in items on the agenda, and to confirm the nature of those interests.

A period of up to 15 minutes is allocated for the asking and answering of questions. This may be extended at the discretion of the Chairman with the agreement of the majority of those present. A single supplementary question may be asked by each Councillor scheduled to ask a question on notice at this meeting. The supplementary question must be based on the original question or the answer provided to that question.
