The Licensing Manager informed Members of the Sub-Committee that the applicant had not arrived at the scheduled time. The Sub-Committee agreed to adjourn the hearing until 11:00am. Having reconvened, the Sub-Committee was informed that the applicant had still not arrived.
RESOLVED that the application be deferred and that the Licensing Manager be requested to notify the applicant of the arrangements for a future hearing.
