To confirm the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Board held oN 18^TH NOVEMBER 2025

The minutes of the Overview and Scrutiny Board meeting held on 18^th November 2025 were considered by the Board.

A Member requested that an update for Churchfields Car Park should be added to the work programme for the Board’s consideration.  However, Officers advised that the February report for Town Centre Parking would include the Churchfields Car Park, which was deemed as acceptable by the Board.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Overview and Scrutiny Board meeting held on 18^th November 2025 be approved as a correct record.
