Issue - meetings

A period of up to one hour is allocated to consider the motions on notice.  This may only be extended with the agreement of the Council.

The Chairman highlighted that one Motion on Notice had been submitted for consideration at the Council meeting.  However, in advance of the meeting, group leaders had agreed that the Motion should be referred for consideration at the following meeting of the Constitution Review Working Group scheduled to take place on 10^th April 2025.  On this basis, it had been agreed that the Motion would not be debated at the meeting.
