(a)      To receive and note the minutes

(b)      To consider any recommendations contained within the minutes

Cabinet considered the minutes from the meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Board meetings on 11^th March 2024 and 22^nd April 2024. In doing so it was noted that there were some recommendations contained within the minutes that related to the Foodbank and Community Shop Provision Task Group report that was due to be considered by the Cabinet at its next meeting on 24^th July 2024.

Councillor P. Whittaker highlighted that he had not been included in the attendees for the meeting of the Board held on 22nd April 2024. However, he confirmed that he was indeed in attendance at this meeting. Officers undertook to update the attendees accordingly. It was also requested that Officers ensure that the Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Board be invited to all meetings of the Cabinet.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Overview and Scrutiny Board meetings on 11^th March 2024 and 22^nd April 2024 be noted.
