As the meeting of Cabinet due to be held on 7^th July 2021 will be taking place after the agenda for the Council meeting has been published, the minutes of the Cabinet meeting will be published in a supplementary pack for consideration at Council.

Members considered the minutes of the Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday 7^th July 2021.

During consideration of this item, reference was made to the Cabinet’s debate in respect of the Equalities Task Group’s final report, as recorded at Minute Item No. 5/21.  Concerns were raised by the former Chairman of the group, Councillor P. McDonald, that there would be no official appeal process available to staff in respect of decisions about secondment placements.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Cabinet held on 7^th July 2021 be noted.
