RESOLVED that, subject to the names of Councillors D. L. Pardoe and P. J. Whittaker being substituted for Councillors S. P. Shannon and L. J. Turner in the note to resolution 24/07 (Application for a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Drivers Licence – Mr. R. Tyler), the minutes be approved as a correct record.
