The report of the Head of Planning and Environment Services relating to non-confidential and non-exempt items was submitted.

 

Arising therefrom:

 

(1)       STATEMENT OF LICENSING POLICY 

 

            In accordance with the Council’s policy to review its Statement of Licensing Policy every three years as set out in the Licensing Act 2003, members were advised that the Council were currently consulting with a number of bodies in this regard (until 20th October 2007), and that a report would be submitted to Cabinet shortly thereafter outlining any salient comments received. Accordingly, the views of members were sought.

 

            RESOLVED that the report be noted, without comment.
