Appointment of Chairman for the meeting
Minutes:
Due to the late arrival of the applicant and with the agreement of the Sub-Committee Members the commencement of the meeting was delayed until 6:11 p.m. Upon arrival Mr. Rashid apologised to all those present and briefly explained to Members the reason for his late arrival.
RESOLVED that Councillor C. J. Spencer be appointed Chairman of the Sub-Committee for the meeting.
