To invite Councillors to declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or Other Disclosable Interests they may have in items on the agenda, and to confirm the nature of those interests.

Councillor R. L. Dent declared an other disclosable interest in Agenda Item No. 12. Councillor Dent withdrew from the meeting and was not present for and took no part in its consideration and voting thereon.
The Chair was taken by the Vice-Chairman, Councillor C. J. Spencer during the consideration of that item.
