The Head of Planning and Regeneration reported on a potential amendment to the proposed roof materials for the building in order provide the strength required to support the proposed solar panels.

 

RESOLVED that, Planning Permission be granted, subject to the Conditions set out or referred to on pages 46 to 47 of the report.
