Issue - meetings

The Head of Planning and Environment Services reported the receipt of comments from the Local Plans. Policy Officer and Alvechurch Parish Council.

The Head of Planning and Environment Services also reported receipt of an amended location plan and stated that the description of the application should be amended to include the addition of:-

"(as amended by plan received 30/05/2007)."

Consideration was given to this application which had been recommended for refusal by the Head of Planning and Environment Services.  On the matter being put to the vote it was decided that permission be granted because Members considered that the development related to a sustainable form of development that would not unacceptably harm the character of the barn..

RESOLVED: that permission be granted.
