Arising therefrom:
(1) HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE DRIVER’S LICENCE – REFERENCE D.1153
Members having given consideration to (i) the details set out in the report; (ii) the guidance contained in the Department of Transport Circular 2/92 ; and (iii) the representations made by and on behalf of the driver concerned, it was
RESOLVED that, having been satisfied that Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle driver D.1153 was a fit and proper person for the purpose of holding such licence, and that subject to a written warning being issued as to his future conduct, no further action be taken.
