Election of Civic Head
Minutes:
It was proposed by Councillor R. Hollingworth and seconded by Councillor Mrs M. A. Sherrey JP and
RESOLVED that Councillor Mrs. C. J. Spencer be elected as Civic Head of the Council for the ensuing year.
Councillor Mrs. C. J. Spencer thanked Members of the Council for electing her to the office and tendered her resignation as Vice-Chairman of the Council. She then vacated her seat on the dias.
